Varietal(s): Montepulciano, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Grignolino, Vermentino
ABV: 11.9%
Harvest: September 2022
Description: Produced in celebration of the nouveau tradition, our young wine acts as a gateway of understanding – an illustrative representation of the fruit that will forever bear the 2022 vintage. Mendocino grown Montepulciano, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Grignolino, and Vermentino grapes began whole cluster carbonic maceration in stainless steel. The grapes were then pressed and blended back into stainless to complete fermentation together, eventually culminated in complete dryness. Unfiltered.
