Somehow both tucked away and completely visible on the corner of Glenwood and Duraleigh lies our OG House of Hops location! Opening in 2014 and serving cold brews and great energy ever since, House of Hops is the kind of place that you can bring your dog, your 2 year old niece, your 85 year old grandfather and everyone in between. Structurally we are a beer shop and we have a great deal of pride in the selection we provide, but in feeling we are a gathering place for the people from outside AND inside our surrounding areas to come and feel good being themselves…

Imagine the comfort and familiarity of your typical water cooler conversation vibe at work, except for there’s beer in and around the water cooler to the tune of about 300 cans and bottles and exactly 24 taps, AND you’re not at work, AND instead of co-workers around the cooler there are family members, although none of them look anything like you… That is the vibe we try to perpetuate here at House of Hops and, run-on sentences notwithstanding, we feel like we do a pretty good job of that. We invite you to come feel at home here with us and look forward to either your return or first visit!
